1. Mastering the Kitchen Table Presentation
The training emphasizes that the heart of our business remains simplicity. Going back to basics means:
- Asking more questions and talking less: Don’t jump straight into selling a product. First, qualify, listen to the family’s financial fears, and discover exactly who they want to protect.
- Simplifying your message: Avoid complex corporate jargon. The client needs to understand, in plain terms, that this is cash that will go directly to their family or the funeral home the day they pass so their loved ones don’t inherit debt.
2. Knowing and Using Your Daily Digital Tools
You cannot be an efficient agent if you are tripping over basic technology. The marketing team stressed the importance of mastering:
- The SNapp Life App: Make sure you know how to quote quickly and without errors right in front of the client. A slow quoting process kills the rhythm of the sale.
- The Agent Portal: Your virtual office where you must check your updated Underwriting guidelines daily so you don’t submit applications with medical errors.
3. Direct Support: Your Field Safety Net
One of the most valuable parts of the training was reminding agents that they are never alone in the field. If you hit a roadblock with a medical or commission question while sitting with a client, the marketing and support teams are just a phone call away.
