Customer Service Representatives
Our team of customer service representatives serve a variety of clients from policy holders to insurance agents. Through our New Business department we service the policy from submission to issue. Our Policy Service and Death Claims departments serve families after the policy has been issued. From taking payments to paying out the claim, they handle the process from start to finish. Special preference is given to those bilingual conversation abilities.
Administrative Professionals
We have a variety of departments seeking administrative professionals. There are several positions within our Underwriting department designed to ensure we’re giving proper coverage to the families we serve. Additionally, our Marketing department provides opportunity in licensing, supply fulfillment, and sales support with on-the-job training. Our accounting and legal departments require specialized training. Special preference is given to those bilingual conversation abilities.
IT
The IT department lays the foundation of our internal operations with internal software design and maintenance. If you are a programmer, front or backend web developer, or well versed in help desk support, this is the team for you. You may come for the C# and Java language but you’ll stay for the Darth Vader vs. Khan conversation. Unlimited drinks and snacks on us!
